I like simple.The Union Jack IPA recipe looks interesting, what with 5 ounces of dry hopping, but doing two separate dry hop iterations kind of kills it for me. I’m thinking of doing away with doing a secondary (when I keg, not bottle) if I’m not dry hopping or making a really big beer. I don’t think it helps clarify that much, and the wort should be able to sit on the trub for 2-3 weeks without causing off-tastes.
