Festive Ale Focus: Since I make beer I don’t have store bought at the moment. However, I did make a coffee coconut stout for the holiday, and have five gallons of it kegged. It’s black as night, and tastes strong with a hint of coffee and coconut. It comes in at 6.5 ABV because I used a Belgian ale yeast to ferment the hell out of it. I’m enjoying following SteveR’s, Rych’s, and Tallulah’s festive beer posts, and you should as well.
